Limited 30 Day Return Policy



You may return products purchased from billcosby.com in accordance with this Limited 30-Day Return Policy. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available for any downloads (e.g., e-cards, MP3s, or videos) or software products. The Policy does not cover products purchased through other sites linked to from billcosby.com (e.g., Amazon.com); those products may be returned only to the vendor as described in the vendor’s own return policies.

30 days begins from actual approval of credit card (“Invoiced Date”).

In order to return a product, you must first contact returns@billcosby.com to make return claims before sending back any products. When contacting returns@billcosby.com to return a product, please provide your 1) Product Order Number, 2) your full name, 3) the product you want to return, and 4) a brief description why you need to return the product. Directions for returning a product will be sent by email after you notify returns@billcosby.com, and you must follow those instructions to receive any refund or exchange available under this Policy.

Products that are sent back without contacting returns@billcosby.com will not be accepted. You must return a product to receive a refund or exchange. This requirement may be waived only in our sole discretion.

Damaged/Defective—Unopened

A damaged or defective product that is unopened and sealed in any original retail packaging may be returned within 30 days after the Invoiced Date for an exchange of the same product or a full refund. BillCosby.com will e-mail you a free return shipping label and directions for sending the damaged/defective product back to BillCosby.com.

Damaged/Defective—Opened

A damaged or defective product that has been opened or otherwise removed from any original retail packaging in any way may be returned within 30 days after the Invoiced Date for an exchange of the same product. BillCosby.com will e-mail you a free return shipping label and directions for sending the damaged/defective product back to BillCosby.com.

Incorrect Order

If a wrong item was shipped due to our processing error and the product is unopened and sealed in any original retail packaging, you may return it within 30 days after the Invoiced Date for an exchange of correct product or a full refund. BillCosby.com will e-mail you a free return shipping label and directions for sending the incorrect product back to BillCosby.com. If you received the wrong product because you ordered the wrong item or other customer error, any exchanges or refunds will be at our sole discretion. If the original retail packaging has been opened, the product may not be exchanged or returned for a refund, whether the error was ours or yours.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your sealed and unopened product, you may return it to us within 30 days of the Delivery Date for a refund minus applicable shipping and handling charges. Opened items are not covered by this Satisfaction Guarantee.
